Honey Dehydrator 70kg (50L)

Honey with moisture levels greater than 19% will ferment and is not marketable. This dehydrator removes water from honey as a batch process, using warm air and rotating plates. The machine features adjustable rotation speed and adjustable temperature setpoint. A color LCD screen and control panel gives the operation control of the process. Honey moisture content can be dropped by up to 3 percentage points in 10 to 12 hours (depending on ambient conditions, honey, and settings).

This 70 kg (154 lb) dehydrator is available by special order and requires 240VAC power.
