Cedar Landing Board For BeeMax

This durable eastern white cedar base provides a longer landing board for returning foragers and helps elevate your Beemax hive above the hive stand. In addition, this cleverly designed base has built in supports for a varroa tray, allowing the beekeeper to easily monitor mite levels (the Beemax Bottom Board already has a built-in screen!). 

Shipped unassembled with pre-drilled holes and screws for easy assembly. Meant for use with only with BeeMax hives. We recommend placing your cedar base onto a hive stand or cinder blocks to provide a dry, stable base for your hive. Placement directly on the ground is not advised.
